CHANGE YOUR LIFE WITH MORE SELF CONFIDENCE

Of all the attributes needed to succeed, what do you think is most important? Skills? Of course, you need to learn. Hard work? Definitely a help on the road to success. Coincidence? Therefore, it can play a role, not really something you can control. What about links? Again, certainly useful, but not the most important factor.
In fact, it is not the latter.
Its 'self-confidence'. As Henry Ford once said: "If you think you can, you're right, and if you think you can not, you're right."
What is confidence? It is the belief that we are able to do certain things and do them well. If we believe we can "fit" in a social situation, we are more likely to do just that. If we believe we can succeed in our work, there is a good chance. If we believe we are a responsible person with good ideas and strong skills, soon we will inspire others to think so.
Having confidence is not something you are born, and at least most of us are not. This is something we must learn and practice every day of our lives. We need to understand how to assess our level of confidence for us to say whether to help or hinder success. Very little confidence and we fail,if we have to much and we become arrogant.
The first step is to assess the emotions. If you feel that you are always on site and taken advantage of, or be able to do more than you have in life, it's time to learn how to improve self-esteem. Follow these simple tips  and you'll be off to a good start ...
Start with your appearance. Those who seek trust and confidence are seen to act as insurance. Dress comfortably, but properly and with a little style. If you're a jeans and t-shirt person change to chinos and polo shirts.Stand  straight, good posture makes you look good. Change your hair style .Walk with your head held high and have more progress,do not  look down, which makes you look like you are afraid.
Now you are ready to intervene in the interaction. Stop mumbling, instead speak clearly and look into the eyes of the person you are talking to.(Hint: If you have trouble maintaining eye contact, see the bridge of the nose ofthe other person) .Switch from negative to positive comments, especially when it comes to talking about yourself Instead of saying "I do not think I can do this" experiment "This will be a challenge, but I'm ready for this!"
Once you have tried these ways to increase your confidence quickly, keep it up. Every morning you look in the mirror and tell yourself that you look good and that today is going to be a good day. If you do this, you will be happy with your life and you will achieve your goals  before you know it. That's really what being self confident is all about.

THE BEST WAY TO IMPROVE YOUR SELF CONFIDENCE

It seems absurd when you think about it but the fact is we are our own worst enemies when it comes to achieving happiness in our lives. We tend to beat ourselves up over minor defeats and convince ourselves that we cannot do something before we even try. A persistent pattern of this behavior means we are suffering from low self esteem and we need to do something about it.
There are many ways to increase your confidence fast. Most of them are self help exercises you can do right now and see results from almost immediately. Just remember that being confident is something only you can do for yourself; no one can do it for you. And when you succeed, you not only feel good about yourself, you know how to be happy with your life.

The first step in how to beat low self confidence

Is to tell yourself that you are confident. Tell yourself that you are smart, energetic, full of good ideas, and worthy of other peoples’ attention. Fight off negative thoughts like "I can’t" or "I don’t know how." with positive thoughts like "I’ve never done that but I know I can." or "Let’s take the first step right now!" Talk to yourself only in positive, never negative, terms.

Learn the ins and outs of body language.

Poor posture, a shuffling walk, and looking down instead of up are all signs of an ego in need of help. Walk tall, with your head held high and eyes straight ahead. When speaking to someone, look them in the eye. (If you find this difficult, look at the bridge of their nose; they’ll never suspect a thing.) Sit upright in your chair (never slouch) and, when standing, avoid folding your arms over your chest. (It looks defensive.)
Never, ever berate yourself for minor mistakes. Most of them are either inconsequential or things you will overcome with practice and experience. Look at them as learning opportunities. And don’t be afraid to take some risks. After all, what is confidence but the belief that you can conquer fear and accomplish things you might never have accomplished before? If you don’t take a chance, you’ll miss an opportunity.
One thing that many people overlook when learning how to improve self esteem is the need to know how to accept a compliment. It is okay (in fact it’s essential) to feel good about yourself and that includes feeling good about how other people react to you. When someone compliments you, accept it gracefully. Say thank you and compliment yourself on achieving another step towards complete self confidence.
Low self esteem comes from many roots. Perhaps you developed it as a child at home, in school, or as a result of an event beyond your control. No matter why or how you became its victim, it can be conquered. With a little push in the right direction and steady practice, you’ll feel good about yourself, and feel good about feeling that way, in no time. That’s a feeling you can make last for the rest of your life.

QUICK TIPS TO IMPROVE YOUR SELF CONFIDENCE

Marcus Garvey, the great Jamaican publicist and journalist, is quoted as saying " If you have no confidence in self you are twice defeated in the race of life. " If that sounds like you, you need to learn how to gain self confidence fast. Why? Because being confident is a sign that you know how to be happy with your life, regardless of the struggles you may face in it.

When you are self confident,

You  have a basic belief in your own value and your ability to have and use skills and knowledge to accomplish goals. When you are not self confident you may actually repel others who may find you too depressing or needy to be around. Some of the behaviors that unconfident people exhibit are being overly shy, being critical of themselves to an uncomfortable degree, taking blame for things not under their control, speaking in negative terms, doing things to please others, or being fearful.
If these are some of your issues, you must find out how to beat low self confidence and how to improve self esteem dramatically. Here are three self help methods to address this issue and arrive at a state where your happiness is no longer jeopardized by your attitude.
First, you must condition yourself to be confident. The most noticeable thing about this is that you adjust your external image first so you reflect a positive image to yourself and those around you. The way you dress is important at this stage. Always appear well groomed and be certain your clothing is appropriate to the setting, including being clean and well pressed. Walk with assurance, with good posture, and with your head high. Smile. Banish negative thoughts and replace them with positive thoughts and words. Help yourself feel better about yourself and everything around you by listening to upbeat music, reading positive books, and sharing light hearted stories.
Conditioning is one of the best ways to increase your confidence fast. However, you must remember you’re only treating symptoms and this will only take you so far. The next thing you must do is start aligning yourself with what you’re most passionate about. Many people struggle with self confidence because they bang their heads against the wall trying to become good at something that’s simply a weakness. There are things we naturally aren’t good at and that’s ok. By the same token, we’ve all been given natural talents and those who exude self confidence usually are good at growing these natural talents and using them to succeed in all areas of their lives.
The third answer to how to improve confidence is perhaps the most difficult and it’s an extension of the first two answers. It involves identifying the habits in your life that contribute to your lack of confidence and eliminating them from your life. Closely examine how you are living your life. Do you get enough sleep? Is your family or life partner a positive influence who supports you in your endeavors? Do you eat a balanced diet? Is your job fulfilling? Any of these things can negatively impact how you feel about yourself so you must address them. When you eliminate bad habits and negative influences from your life, you make room for empowering habits and positive influences to take their place.
In the end, only you can improve your self confidence. No one can do it for you. Start with conditioning yourself for success and identifying your natural talents and passions. Move on to identifying the negative habits and influences in your life and eliminating them. Before long you will find yourself filled with feelings of self worth and confidence.
