THE POWER OF POSITIVE THINKING

Achieve Your Dreams with Positive Thinking

Everyone has dreams. These dreams float around in your head all the time. They surface when you see a picture, have a tough day, or just want something different in life. Yet, you still go about your daily life thinking that your dreams will never come true. Negative thinking will help make that come true. Positive thinking, on the other hand, helps you achieve your dreams and more.

Grab the Dreams

Winston Churchill once said that ""A pessimist sees the difficulty in every opportunity; an optimist sees the opportunity in every difficulty." Seeing how your dreams cannot come true is a pessimistic viewpoint, a self-fulfilling prophecy. Believing that you can grab those dreams and make them real is the power behind positive thinking. Even if something negative happens, the optimist uses it to their advantage because they know that they can conquer it. If you think you can, then you can.
Are you expecting those dreams to fall out of the sky and land in your laps? Are you waiting for everything to fall into place for you to have everything you ever dreamed of? Who has that ever worked for? They might have had some lucky breaks here and there, but everything just did not happen. They had to believe in themselves and believe that they could have their dreams. If they had not, then their dreams would never have been a reality. They took control!
How did Nikola Tesla give the world so much in the way of electricity? He did not sit around and wait for everything to fall into place for him. He knew that he could do it. He believed that he could do it. He threw his entire self into it to bring his dreams to life. He took control!

Taking a Chance

Positive thinking involves taking a chance. You have to believe that you can do it. You have to be willing to step out and do it. Really want to be your own boss and have your own coffee shop? Want to become a bestselling novelist? Want to have your own cooking show? You have to know that you can do it. You have to believe in yourself enough to ignore the naysayers. You have to be willing to break away from job security and tell the world that you can make it and will succeed.
If you want positive results, you have to have positive thinking. They go hand in hand. You have to fully believe that it will happen in order to make it happen. Dreams are the means of inspiring the greatness within. Sitting back and letting them stay dreams denies them the chance to bring about that greatness.
Positive thinking brings about positive results. What are you dreaming of? What future do you want for yourself? What do you want to achieve? Do you believe that you can? Most people don’t. They have to develop the confidence within to achieve those dreams. It is rarely something you are born with, but it is something that is not beyond your reach to develop. You have to take control!
Want that
self confidence to welcome the dreams that have lain dormant? Want to grab the dreams and make them a reality? You can! Take control of your self-confidence!

CHANGE YOUR LIFE WITH MORE SELF CONFIDENCE

Of all the attributes needed to succeed, what do you think is most important? Skills? Of course, you need to learn. Hard work? Definitely a help on the road to success. Coincidence? Therefore, it can play a role, not really something you can control. What about links? Again, certainly useful, but not the most important factor.
In fact, it is not the latter.
Its 'self-confidence'. As Henry Ford once said: "If you think you can, you're right, and if you think you can not, you're right."
What is confidence? It is the belief that we are able to do certain things and do them well. If we believe we can "fit" in a social situation, we are more likely to do just that. If we believe we can succeed in our work, there is a good chance. If we believe we are a responsible person with good ideas and strong skills, soon we will inspire others to think so.
Having confidence is not something you are born, and at least most of us are not. This is something we must learn and practice every day of our lives. We need to understand how to assess our level of confidence for us to say whether to help or hinder success. Very little confidence and we fail,if we have to much and we become arrogant.
The first step is to assess the emotions. If you feel that you are always on site and taken advantage of, or be able to do more than you have in life, it's time to learn how to improve self-esteem. Follow these simple tips  and you'll be off to a good start ...
Start with your appearance. Those who seek trust and confidence are seen to act as insurance. Dress comfortably, but properly and with a little style. If you're a jeans and t-shirt person change to chinos and polo shirts.Stand  straight, good posture makes you look good. Change your hair style .Walk with your head held high and have more progress,do not  look down, which makes you look like you are afraid.
Now you are ready to intervene in the interaction. Stop mumbling, instead speak clearly and look into the eyes of the person you are talking to.(Hint: If you have trouble maintaining eye contact, see the bridge of the nose ofthe other person) .Switch from negative to positive comments, especially when it comes to talking about yourself Instead of saying "I do not think I can do this" experiment "This will be a challenge, but I'm ready for this!"
Once you have tried these ways to increase your confidence quickly, keep it up. Every morning you look in the mirror and tell yourself that you look good and that today is going to be a good day. If you do this, you will be happy with your life and you will achieve your goals  before you know it. That's really what being self confident is all about.
